This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. This NAICS code is subject not subject to a waiver. The FSC/PSC is 6515. The VA Portland Health Care System is seeking to purchase auto-locking hallway carts. Delivery Location: VA Portland Health Care System 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Road Portland, OR 97239 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ.
