***The purpose of this amendment is to post the questions and answers. If you would like the CADD files, please email Ms. Alexandria Duckett at Alexandria.D.Duckett@usace.army.mil and Kirk Middleton II at Kirk.A.Middleton@usace.army.mil and we provide access to them.******The purpose of this amendment to extend the solicitation response date to 5 November 2025 and add revised plans and specifications.*** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has a requirement to procure four (4) new articulated concrete mattress (ACM) lifting frames to support revetment mat loading operations which supports the Regional Channel Improvement revetment sinking mission. The solicitation number is W912EQ25RA008 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a total small business set-aside procurement. The associated NAICS code is 333613. Response to this solicitation must be in accordance with section L of the attached solicitation. It is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of proposal by the time and date stated therein. Vendors not registered in System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to award will not be eligible for award. Vendors may register for SAM by registering online at www.sam.gov. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all vendors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract.
