Description

The purpose of this second edit to the RFI is to post the Slide Show (PDF format) and to clarify that RFI responses are due--April 10th. 4:00pm(ET) The purpose of this edit to the RFI is to post a response from the questions received. The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research, to obtain input from industry regarding a potential automation project for three parking garages at the Francis Perkins Building (FPB) located at 200 Constitution Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20210. The information received will assist the Government in understanding industry capabilities, refining requirements, assessing risks, and developing an appropriate acquisition strategy consistent with applicable procurement laws and regulations. This RFI is for planning and market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quote, or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any supplies or services. Industry Day Details and draft PWS are attached March 13, 2026-RFI Update and important timelines 1. March 12, 2026-Industry Day was held for interested vendors 2. March 20, 2026-Questions from interested vendors are due to Contract Specialists Jeremy Keator via email (keator.jeremy.b@dol.gov) and Karla Salmon (salmon.karla@dol.gov). 3. March 27, 2026-A copy of the Industry Day presentation and responses to the questions raised by interested vendors will be posted to SAM.GOV. 4. April 10, 2026 4:00pm (ET)-All RFI responses shall be submitted to Contract Specialists via email-Jeremy Keator (keator.jeremy.b@dol.gov) and Karla Salmon (salmon.karla@dol.gov).
