Title: Notice of Intent ? RIMAGE Producer 8300N Printer and Hardware The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Rimage Corporation, 4400 W 78th St Ste 110A, Bloomington, MN 55435 for Rimage Producer 8300N Printer and Hardware. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Rimage Corporation under the authority of FAR Overhaul 13.101(b) soliciting from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The applicable NAICS code is 334118, PSC 7C21.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module, https://piee.eb.mil/ by 14 July 2026.
