Description
Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure Mooring lines. This procurement will be solicited as a Small Business Set-aside Utilizing FAR Part 12 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. The Solicitation will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 05 March 2026 with the proposals due on or about 12 March 2026. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. A specification sheet has been attached and the anticipated delviery date for this effort is 30 April 2026. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website: http://www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
