NAICS code for this is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The SB vendor will be Codonics Inc., located at 17991 Englewood Drive, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130. Description of requirements: The VA Northern Indiana Health Care System Fort Wayne Campus is requesting the purchase of the Made in America, Safe Label System, five (5) Safe Label Systems SLS 550i. These are the only items that will meet the current Cerner integration for the Fort Wayne Campus. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
