Sources Sought Notice: SPRDL1-26-R-0100 Item Name: CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY NSN: 5998-01-506-6659 Part Number: 12993408 Quantity: 37 Option Quantity: 37 End Item: Abrams FOV Response Date: 29 April 2026 Requirements Description: The Circuit Card Assembly is a critical component of the Abrams Fighting Vehicle System (AFVS) Engine. The Government does not have drawings for this item that are suitable for competitive procurement. The TDP is fully defined, but the government does not have full data rights. This survey is published in compliance with FAR Part 10, Market Research. The purpose of this survey is to canvas the industry for any possible other sources. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market research is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding or in any subsequent exchange of information. Contractors interested in becoming a source of supply need to meet the requirements of the Source Approval Program including vehicle level qualification testing, at their own expense. The TACOM Life Cycle Management Command, Competition Management Office (CMO), is the lead proponent for the Source Approval Program. Specific information and point of contact for the Source Approval Program is available at https://tacom.army.mil/ and select Ombudsman from the menu.
