Description
The JBSA Lackland Contracting Squadron, 502 CONS/PKA-B, is contemplating the acquisition of Demolition with Abatement Services for the 502d Civil Engineers (502 CE). Location: JBSA Ft Sam Houston, TX.78234. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and management to perform: Demolition: Full structural demolition to 3ft below grade; Removal of concrete, asphalt, sidewalks, curbs, gutters. Abatement: Asbestos, Lead, PCB, Mercury, and other regulated materials. Environmental Compliance: SWPPP, Hazardous Waste Management Plan, Soil Testing, Refrigerant Recovery. Utilities: Identification, Disconnection, Capping, and Verification. Site Restoration: Grading, Filling, Compaction, and Seeding. Required Plans: APP, Demolition Plan, Environmental Plan, Grading Plan, Hazard Analysis. The Government is currently utilizing NAICS: 238910 Site Preparation Contractors; PSC: P400 Demolition of Building; Size Standard: $19M. The anticipated award is Firm Fix Price (FFP). Based on responses to this Source Sought, this requirement may be set aside for Small Business or procured through Full and Open competition. The Government reserves the right to decide whether a small business set-aside is appropriate. Interested firms are encouraged to complete this Sources Sought Notice/Questionnaire, provide capability statement, 2-page limitations, and submit any questions/concerns pertaining to this requirement, no later than Friday, 24 April 2026, 1000hrs, CDT.
