Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/RFO) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621399 Offices of all other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with a small business size standard of $10.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is Q517 Medical Pharmacy Services VHA VISN 10 VA Facilities are seeking remote prescription processing for their outpatient pharmacies on a contingent basis if the need arises.
