Solicitation N0042126Q1231 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Identification Systems (IDS) Division intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with ViaSat, Inc. under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
