Notice of Intent to Sole Source NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT SOLE SOURCE BRAND-NAME SUPPLIES and SERVICES REQUIREMENT with NEW ENGLAND LABORATORY CASEWORK CO INC. Response Due Date: November 13, 2025 at 12:00PM The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority 13 CFR 121.406, Only One Responsible Source under NAICS 337214, FSC 6530 and size standard of 1100, for the proposed procurement of supplies and services from NEW ENGLAND LABORATORY CASEWORK CO INC for the Togus, ME campus. The proposed contractor shall provide and install laboratory mobile casework to the Togus VA, compatible with the current casework design at the Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta, Maine. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability of other qualified sources that can meet the requirements identified above and inherent with the referenced product. The Government is not obligated to and shall not pay for any information received from potential sources resulting from this notice of intent. All responses received within 10 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to acquire these specific services for VAMC Togus based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether other qualified providers are available, and whether competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. All responses received by 12:00 PM EST on 13 November 2025 will be considered by the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses and questions shall be submitted via email to Molly.Greening@VA.gov.
