***THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR JBER, ALASKA*** The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that snow and ice removal services is performed at 773rd FSS, Sponsored Child and Youth Program facilities entrances and sidewalks. ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (Sep 2023) Paragraph (b) is hereby replaced with the following: When submitting your quote, the Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose qoute conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Factors being utilized to evaluate offers are: 1. Price: Complete Price Schedule on the Attachment titled: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation 2. Technical Acceptability: � Submit technical approach In accordance with Perfromance work statement (PWS) do not restate PWS this is not acceptable. 3. Options: Fill out pricing information for option years in the pricing schedule on page 3 of the attachment titled: Combined synopsis-Solicitation. Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following addresses (Justin.Scales@us.af.mil) ; brendon.yellott@us.af.mil) no later than 2:00pm Alaskan Daylight Time (ADT), 23 Oct 2025 in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 2:00 PM ADT, 20 Oct 2025. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor�s responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the Offeror ineligible for award. NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Questions shall be submitted to: 673d Contracting Squadron PKB, Attn: A1C Brendon Yellott, email:brendon.yellott@us.af.mil. Please forward all questions to A1C Brendon Yellott no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Standard Time on 20 October 2025. A site visit will be planned for this requirement. An amendment will be issued to clarify a date for the site visit. [Removed. See Amendment 0002] Quotes shall include the following: Part 1- Price � Submit one (1) copy of price schedule found in page 3 of the Combined sysnopsis solicitation document. Part 2 - Submit one (1) technical approach document, showing how your company intends to pefrom the work required under this contract. Technical approach will be reviewed to determine contractor understands the requirement. Amendment 0001: A site visit for this requirement will be on 20 October 2025 at 1:00pm AKDT. The meeting location will be at the Fort Richardson Gate/Visitor Control Center. If you do not have base access, please request base access online or reach out to me at brendon.yellott@us.af.mil no later than Friday, 17 October 2025 at 3:00pm AKDT. Offer submission deadline has been extended to 30 October 2025 at 1400 AKDT. Amendment 0003: Offer submission deadline has been extended to 11 November 2025 at 1400 AKST.
