Description

DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT A. Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited. 1. Description The United States Government (USG) is seeking industry feedback on the draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for Project Manager Mounted Armored Vehicles (PM MAV) Logistic Fielding Support Services (LFSS) effort. This new five-year contract will provide PM MAV LFSS for the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle FoV, M113 FoV, Combat Recovery System M88 FoV, and Bradley Fighting Vehicle FoV and derivative Multiple Launch Rocket System. This service acquisition provides Field Service Representatives, Vehicle Maintenance/Repair, De-processing, Total Package Fielding, New and Displaced Equipment Training, Modification Work Orders installations, and Program Management support. These efforts will support the production and deployment and sustainment portion of the acquisition life cycle for both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations, including Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. 2. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The submission of this information is solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes and is not a request for competitive proposals, quotations, or an invitation to reimburse contractors for associated costs to respond or for any information provided. This notice does not constitute an RFP or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the USG to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the USG to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the System for Award Management website at SAM.gov site for additional information pertaining to this notice. 3. Questions/Responses All questions or clarifications related to this draft RFP shall be documented on the �Question Matrix for PM MAV LFSS Draft RFP.� Refer to the instructions tab of the Question Matrix for additional instructions regarding filling out this form and submitted via email to the Army Contracting Command (ACC) points of contact (POC) Darla Lasky, Contracting Specialist, at darlamae.d.lasky.civ@army.mil AND Jill Wagner, Contracting Officer, at jill.t.wagner.civ@army.mil. The subject line on the email submissions for questions or requests for clarifications shall read: LFSS Draft RFP Feedback. Absolutely no telephone calls will be accepted. Questions or requests for clarification shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. In order to facilitate a timely response, it is requested that all questions or requests for clarification be received by 5:00 pm EST 13 March 2026. Responses to the questions received may be answered and posted on the SAM website for all interested parties to see. The submissions will be reviewed by USG representatives. All information provided will be adequately protected in accordance with the markings as described in section 4.0, below. 4. Post Submission Guidelines No proprietary or classified documents may be included in your response. Please be advised that all information submitted becomes the property of the USG and will not be returned. The USG is under no obligation to provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted under this notice. The information submitted in response to this notice may be used to help the USG further define its requirements. In order to protect the integrity of any possible future acquisition, no additional information other than the information contained in this notice will be provided. 5.
