Description
SPECIAL NOTICE The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), new requirement procured as a delivery order against an existing IDIQ contract. The contract will be a base plus four option year (OY) contract for Data Innovation (DI) Instrument Manager (IM) Maintenance and Support at VA Central California Healthcare System awarded to Four Points Technology as procurement on the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program as an SDVOSB sole source set aside IDIQ contract The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Data Innovations, LLC, has only authorized Four Points Technology to provide Instrument Manager (IM) Maintenance and Support for its IM software. The government intends to award the contract on 03/01/2026 to Four Points Technology, LLC 13221 Woodland Park Rd, Suite 400, Herndon, VA 20171SAM UEI: H1KHJPJH9R51 CAGE CODE: 1YS78. The estimated Period of Performance will be 03/01/2026-02/28/2031. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days of this publication by contacting John Waldrip via email at john.waldrip@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. Respondents who submit proprietary data shall clearly mark the data with appropriate markings. The Government will not pay for any information submitted as a result of this synopsis. This synopsis shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses are due no later than Friday, February 13, 2026, at 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time.
