Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Overton Brooks VA Medical Center has a need for a Medical Physicist, an annual diagnostic physics survey of diagnostic imaging equipment. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary travel, labor, material, supplies, tools, equipment, documentation, and qualified personnel to provide on-site diagnostic medical physics support or services for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in Shreveport, LA. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside for Medical Physicist who can provide services in the state of Louisiana. This acquisition is being procured as a fixed price contract, applicable NAICS code 621511, Medical Laboratories, Size Standard $41.5M. Solicitation to be available on or about 03 December 2025 with quotes due approximately 10 days from the issue date, 15:00 Central Standard Time (CST). All questions following issuance of solicitation to be submitted via email within seven (7) calendar days after issuance to aminisha.daniel@va.gov, using 36C25625Q1135 in the subject line (no telephone requests will be responded to). Answers to questions will be provided via solicitation amendment.
