The product is requested to be delivered to Surgery Service, building 100, MOR. BACKGROUND: The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration (VA VHA) is seeking procurement of four (4) Inspire 5 implants from Lovell Government Services, LLC. for the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center.
