Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation WILL be posted to SAM at https://sam.gov. RFQ NUMBER: SPMYM126Q4092 BUYER: DESHAURA ADAMS EMAIL ADDRESS: DESHAURA.ADAMS@DLA.MIL The Solicitation Number is SPMYM126Q4092. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect though FAC 2026-01 and the DFARS Change notice 3/13/2026. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this website: https://www.acquisition.gov/. NNSY - Norfolk Naval Shipyard intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price solicitation to procure the material that is referenced below. All items shall be new. No refurbished or used items will be accepted. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. This is a notice of intent to award a firm fixed price, on a sole source bases to Allied High Tech Products under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR COMPLETE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DOCUMENT.
