Description

Provide rental golf carts for the 2026 Columbus AFB America 250 celebration for the 4th July. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, management, coordination, and transportation required to accomplish this work. All carts will be gas powered. Carts will be delivered on 3 July 2026. Contractor will provide 18 two passenger golf carts, 2 utility bed carts, and 10 4 passenger carts by 1000L on 3 July 2026. Carts will be delivered to the parking lot northwest of the bowling center (building 736) on Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. (Columbus Bowling Center, Columbus MS 39710). All provided carts will be fully fueled or as close to fully fueled as possible when delivered to Columbus Air Force Base. Contractor will pick up golf carts from the hours of 1000 to1400 PM CST on 6 July 2026. Total number of carts needed is 30. Golf carts will be driven by Freedom Fest staff to allow for rapid transportation to areas of need, transportation of handicapped individuals, and medical staff transportation. Questions due by May 8, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. CST. THIS SOLICITATION WAS AMENDED 5/7/2026- The purpose of this amendment was to adjust the delievery date on the form 1449. The correct delivery dates now match the date listed on the Statement of Need. Question answer sheet was added to the solicitation 5/11/2026 it can be found as attachment 3 " Questions answer sheet" in attached documents.
