Responses to this notice will be used for informational purposes only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs from the government will arise as a result from a response to this announcement. No contract will be awarded from this notice. The information requested in this notice will be used to determine if there are sufficient socioeconomic small business concerns that are capable of performing the work described for this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 17, is seeking sources for the following procurement: VISN 17 Coagulation Testing Consolidation Contract; includes procurement of Coagulation instrumentation to perform Coagulation Testing price based upon Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR). The Contractor must provide all consumables, supplies, and reagents, maintenance and repairs, and software and equipment upgrades as necessary. Instrument must be able to add to chemistry automation line for testing. BACKGROUND VISN 17 Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Services (P&LMS) 2301 East Lamar Blvd., Suite 650 Arlington, TX� 76006 There are seven healthcare systems with VISN 17: VA North Texas, Central Texas, West Texas, Amarillo, El Paso, South Texas Veterans, and VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the Statement of Work. Vendor should provide coagulation analyzers with the following test menu: PT, PTT, and Fibrinogen, Thrombin Time and Anti-Xa LMWH/ Anti-Xa UFH. The CPRR program includes the equipment, service and consumables (all reagents, controls and calibrators necessary to operate based on monthly test counts provided by VISN 17, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine service. The Contractor shall be able to provide emergency equipment repair and preventative maintenance on all primary and back-up instrumentation. Service warranty Monday through Friday to include all travel, labor and replacement parts included. RESPONSE If interested, please provide the following information in a response: 1.
