Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: 523 EMXS AAIS-PSP-ITASA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: FA8228-26-Q-0002-00001 This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. This requirement will be solicited as a Sole Source Requirement. NAICS Code: 238220 Small Business Size Standard: $15 M Description of items to be acquired: This requirement is to provide maintenance, servicing, repair, and calibration of twenty-three (23) Advanced AIS Programmable Signal Processor Interface Test Adapter Sub-Assemblies (AAIS-PSP-ITASAs), Model 1670 originally manufactured by Dynamics Corporation for support of Hill Air Force Base (HAFB). The AAIS-PSP-ITASA are integrated with test stations that are used to test and repair Line Replaceable Units (LRUs); specifically, the programmable signal processors which are mission critical for F-16 sustainment. The work will be performed at HAFB. The period of performance is one (1) twelve-month basic year plus four (4) twelve-month option years. Length and dates of Agreements and place of delivery and acceptance: This will be a contact with one (1) twelve-month basic year plus four (4) twelve-month option years. Delivery and acceptance of all orders shall be at Hill Air Force Base FOB Destination delivery terms shall apply Delivered to: 523 EMXS 7278 4th St Bldg 100 Bay C & Bay M Hill AFB UT 84056-5205 Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications � Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions � Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders � Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The additional FAR clauses that apply to this acquisition included in FAR clause 52.212-5 are included in the contract.
