Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), has authority, pursuant to Title 38 USC Chapter 36, to provide all services and assistance necessary to enable eligible Servicemembers, Veterans, and eligible Dependents to achieve their academic and vocational goals and objectives. In order to provide these services, the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) requires contractor assistance to meet the educational and vocational counseling needs of the Veteran. The contractor will be required to provide assessment and counseling sessions to assist with the establishment of academic and vocational goals and objectives, the resolution of barriers interfering with goals and objectives, and the navigation and coordination of VA benefits in support of goals. The purpose of providing these services is for the Veteran to achieve their desired educational and vocational goals and objectives. This is a base plus four option period award. This award is for an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract, for services required under the Chapter 36 Personalized Career Planning and Guidance Services (PCPG) Program, for the Southeast District. The maximum potential contract value including options is $9 Million.
