Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the Salvation Army (UEI: LF19U9DKFQM6 ) in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purchase order is for residential treatment services for eligible Veteran beneficiaries within San Francisco, CA. The period of performance is from June 1, 2026 May 31, 2027. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. This is NOT a solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and past performance information for consideration on or before April 1, 2026 12:00PM PST. The capability statement shall demonstrate the company can provide residential treatment services within San Fransico, CA. Attached is a draft performance work statement that outline s the Government s requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.� � Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of� determining� whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� � The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.�
