MARKET SURVEY FOR ACQUISITION OF 82EA RUGGED SCIENCE MANUFACTURED SERVER ASSEMBLIES, PART NUMBER V544A6BHVF7M1TT. RESPONSES TO THIS MARKET SURVEY WILL BE USED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SCREENING INFORMATION REQUEST OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OF ANY KIND. AT THIS TIME THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) IS NOT SEEKING NOR ACCEPTING UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS. At this time the nature of the competition has not been determined. The FAA is seeking interest from the small business community for possible set-aside of all or part of the procurement. Responses are desired from any/all eligible small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. FAA anticipates that any resultant contract will be a Fixed-Price contract. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from industry to provide the required servers with applicable warranty. This market survey is also being conducted to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition is available. The scope of work consists of providing servers with the following specifications: Rugged Computer, Custom, I9 CPU, RTX A5000 Ada MXM GPU. Part Number: V544A6BHVF7M1TT Model: EVS2010F-A500-109T-64-256W-2-T Specifications: NVIDIA Ada MXM3.1 RTX A5000 Ada, (16GB GDDR6, 9728 CUDA cores, 115W) 10th Gen Intel i9-10900TE CPU (35W) TPM 2.0 (2) 32GB DDR4 RAM (64GB total) (1) 256GB M.2 NVMe SSD Windows 11 Pro 64-bit (preinstalled) (1) 2TB 2.5" SATA SSD BiCS5 12V VFK Modification (2) GigE LAN (1) PCIe x4 (6) USB 3.2 (3) COM (2) SIM (32) Isolated DIO System Fan The nature of the competition remains undecided; options include full and open competition or potential set-asides for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or 8(a) certified firms. This survey will assess the level of interest and capability among eligible firms. Interested vendors must submit the following information: Capability Statement: Detailed description of similar government contracts previously awarded, including procurement and service fulfillment.
