Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Industrial Water Engineering, Inc., to provide water chemicals for boilers and water-cooling towers on an as-needed basis as required by the Facility Management Department. The period of performance will consist of a base year, plus four one-year option periods. Base Year: 05/01/2026 to 04/30/2027 Option Year One: 05/01/2027 to 04/30/2028 Option Year Two: 05/01/2028 to 04/30/2029 Option Year Three: 05/01/2029 to 04/30/2030 The award will be a single-source procurement awarded to Industrial Water Engineering, Inc., in accordance with RFO-FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem that only one source is reasonably available based on unique design and proprietary integration. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Industrial Water Engineering, Inc., may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Mr. Stephen Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by 10:00 AM MT on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
