*** DUE TO THE VOLUME AND QUALITY OF QUESTIONS RECEVIED NRL IS IN THE PROCESS OF ORGANIZING A VIRTUAL QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION WITH THE END USERS. MORE INFORMATION WILL BE FORTHCOMING, IN THE MEANTIME THE PROPOSAL DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 10/31/2025.*** This is a request for proposals. Please see the attached Combined/Synopsis/Solicitation and RFQ Attachments for more information. THIS RFQ IS HEREBY EXTENDED. PLEASE REVIEW NEW ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS AND REVISED CSS. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL FINAL PROPOSALS BY THE NEW DEADLINE OF OCTOBER 31, 2025. THE REVISED AND EXPANDED SPECIFICATIONS DOCUMENT SUPERSEDES THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT LISTED AS ATTACHMENT 1.
