Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Yankton, located in Yankton, South Dakota, is issuing this a combined synopsis/solicitation for FY26 Quarter 4 Food Service. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small businesses. Interested vendors are invited to submit quotes based on the specifications outlined in the request for quotation. Important Information: Vendors are required to have registration in SAM.gov. The combined synopsis-solicitation is expected to be available on SAM.gov on May 11, 2026. All quotes must be submitted using the specified format provided and received by May 20, 2026, no later than 11:30 AM Central Standard Time. Delivery and Award Information: Deliveries will only be accepted after the effective date, as noted on the SF18 issued by the Contracting Officer. The Estimated delivery period will be from June 1st 2026 through June 30th 2026. Deliveries shall be pre-arranged/scheduled with the receiving warehouse. Deliveries are to be made to: FPC Yankton 1016 Douglas Avenue Yankton, SD 57062 Proposal Submission: Offers must be submitted electronically to Dominick Warmbein, Contract Specialist, at dwarmbein@bop.gov or Michael Peitz, Property & Procurement Specialist, at mpeitz@bop.gov, on or before the due date specified in the solicitation (refer to page 1, Block 10). Quotes will not be accepted via telephone or fax. All inquiries must be submitted via email in the specified format with a signature. Additional Information: Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations are eligible to submit quotes on an equal basis with other organizations for contracts for which they meet the eligibility requirements. The anticipated award date for this solicitation will be on or around May 22, 2026. Evaluation criteria will be detailed within the synopsis-solicitation.
