The Government is seeking information from industry on a scalable, cloud-based lawful intercept platform. This RFI is issued solely for market research and planning purposes. The goal is to modernize electronic surveillance capabilities with a secure, FedRAMP High cloud solution that can support domestic and international operations. The envisioned platform will enable authorized interception, processing, and analysis of communications data under lawful court orders, while adhering to stringent legal, privacy, and security requirements. Interested parties are asked to provide information on technical capabilities, innovative features, and approaches to meeting the requirements described below, in a vendor-agnostic manner that leverages current and emerging technologies.
