Description

Updated Purchase Description as of 8 Dacember 2025. I. GENERAL INFORMATION The Air Force Sustainment Center PZIMA, Robins AFB, GA has a requirement to purchase Nitrogen Generator System and Nitrogen Storage Banks as described in the Purchase Description (PD), (Attachment 1). This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, effective 7 August 2025 and DFARS DPN change notice 20251110. A Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) award will be made in accordance with the following: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS Code: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,200 employees. II. NATURE OF ACQUISITION: Robins AFB has a requirement to purchase the below listed products. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All questions must be received by 20 Dec 2025, 12:00pm, EST. Proposals must be received no later than 23 Dec 2025, 12pm EST. E-Mail proposals are required. Email proposals to: bobby.ballow@us.af.mil and elizabeth.haines.2@us.af.mil. It is the offeror�s responsibility to ensure the proposal has been received by the contracting office by telephone or email confirmation. Fax proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f) �Late submission, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers.� If there are any questions, please email bobby.ballow@us.af.mil and elizabeth.haines.2@us.af.mil. III. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: All services are to be performed in accordance with (IAW) the attached Purchase Description dated 8 December 2025. The contractor shall provide the services listed below: Requested Delivery Date: 8 weeks ARO CLIN Number Description of Requirement Quantity Unit Unit Price Total Price 0001 One (1) Nitrogen Generator System IAW PD dated 08 December 2025. 1 Each 0002 Two (2) High Pressure Nitrogen Storage Banks IAW PD dated 08 December 2025. 2 Each 0003 See Exhibit A DATA (NSP) (A001) IAW PD Dated 08 December 2025 A001 Commercial Off-The-Shelf Manuals, DI-TMSS-81815 1 Each Not Separately Priced Total: $_________________ Please price CLINs 0001 through 0002 for the Nitrogen Generator System and Two High Pressure Storage Banks shown in the table above. Any necessary Packaging and Marking, Inspection and Acceptance, or Delivery information will be cited at the order level. IV. PROPOSAL PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their proposal. V. BASIS FOR AWARD The provision at FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, does not apply to this acquisition. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price. VI.
