Solicitation Number: 127EAV26Q0003 (1157290) Tallulah River Road Emergency Repair Supplies for Chattooga River RD Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 dated October 1, 2025. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 212312 Crushed and Broken Limestone Mining and Quarrying, and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the Schedule of Items and specifications/salient characteristics sheet. 1. Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by email no later than 1700 Mountain time on November 12, 2025. Answers will be posted to SAM.gov no later than November 14, 2025. Emails should be addressed to Shavera Leveille at shavera.leveille@usda.gov. 2. Deadline for Responses: 1700 Mountain time on November 17, 2025. 3. Period of Performance: 12/8/2025-2/7/2026 4. Basis for Award: The award will be made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer that is capable of successfully fulfilling the requirements in accordance with the attached SOW listed in Section C to the Government�s approval and acceptance. The vendor shall complete the table in Section B-Schedule of Items with their offered prices. The vendor shall submit a quote with Firm Fixed pricing to include delivery to destination. Failure to provide adequate information will result in the offer not being placed in the eligibility group of technically acceptable, which will remove the offer from further consideration.
