Description

This is a Sources Sought for a Construction requirement with the National Park Service. The National Park Service is seeking sources interested in the Repair/Rehab of the East Potomac Maintenance Yard at 1000 Ohio Drive SW, Washington DC 20024. Work includes repairs to the roofing structures and replacement of Bay Doors. Please see the attached draft Statement of Work for additional details. The estimated Magnitude of Construction is $1M to $5M. If your firm is interested and capable of performing this work, please respond to this notice via email to: Cole Johnson, Contracting Officer, at Cole_Johnson@IOS.DOI.Gov by 5PM ET on 3/11/2026. In your emailed response, please include the following information: 1. Expressed interest/capability. 2. Business Size (Large or Small based on NAICS 237990) 3. List of any Socio-Economic you have certified within your SAM.Gov Reps & Certs (Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, ISBEE, etc) Your response is very important to the NPS. This information will be used to determine if a solicitation is posted to SAM.Gov or if the government will pursue this acquisition via other "established sources."
