Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Guldmann Patient Lift Preventative Maintenance Services, Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle, WA. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26026Q0105. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 811210 (Electronic & Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance),� and the small business size standard is 34 million. This procurement is unrestricted, open market. 3. The intended contract period is a base year plus four (4) one-year option years. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, http://beta.sam.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is October 31, 2025, and the anticipated closing date is November 10, 2025. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. All prospective Contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) database and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (811210) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations. Failure to register in the database will make a Quoter ineligible for award.
