Description

The U.S. Embassy Jerusalem invites you to submit a quotation for providing Mini-Buses/Sprinters. See Section I for the detailed specifications. Instructions to quoters: A.In order for your quotation to be considered, each offer must consist of the following: 1. Completed Pricing Table � Section I. 2. Completed Quoter�s Info � Section II. 3. Contractor�s certification regarding the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) clauses (52.204-24, 52-204-25 and 52-204- 26). See certification instructions in Exhibit A, highlighted in yellow. 4. A proof showing that US Contractor has already started the SAM registration process. SAM registration �System for Award Management� is required for contracts exceeding US$30,000.00. See exhibit B and the following link for further instructions: https://www.fsd.gov/sys_attachment.do?sys_id=d8923f521bb369902fe5ed7ae54bcbe4 B. Submit your quotation by email to JerusalemProcurement@state.gov with �RFQ# PR15695925� Minibuses / Sprinters� in the subject of your email, no later than December 17, 2025. No quotation will be accepted after this time. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it. ( See attached pricing table & RFQ) which is available on US Embassy Jerusalem website.
