Description
This project will take place at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Oklahoma. It includes the replacement of HVAC components which have reached end of life, including the main condenser, air handler, and boiler units, and their associated controls. The project will centralize three separate HVAC systems in the building into one central, hydronic system. Fan coil units serving two areas of the building will be replaced to operate from a four-pipe system supplied by the new chiller. Some electrical upgrades are required to support the new system, and LED lighting will be installed to assist with the facility's heat load. **This notice serves as a presolicitation announcement only. A complete solicitation package, including all specifications or Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and proposal instructions, will be posted on SAM.gov in the near future. Interested parties are advised to monitor SAM.gov regularly for the forthcoming solicitation.
