Description

1. This is a sources sought for Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) Enterprise-wide pre-deployment training (PTP). MARFORSOC plans to use the responses from this sources sought to plan and implement an acquisition strategy for MARFORSOC PTP. MARFORSOC is seeking responsible businesses under NAICS code 611699 and 541990 (hereinafter "you", "your", the "Contractor", "Contractors", "Vendor", "Company") that can provide training and exercise support services. MARFORSOC requires all personnel, supplies, materials, program management, courses of instruction, and travel in order to deliver exercise and training program services. Support can also include materials, vessel and other training venues and facilities, target site coordination, scenario-based exercise support, course instruction and various intelligence disciplines to support MARFORSOC in support of both Theater and National operational requirements. Services shall be provided in various venues and locations throughout the United States of America (USA) and abroad. Services required under this acquisition occur simultaneously at various geographically dispersed training sites throughout the Continental United States and its outlying areas to include on land and at sea. Some locations are on military bases/training areas, and some are not. 2. Both at the time of proposal and at the time of performance, Contractors shall have an existing SECRET facility clearance and SECRET safeguarding capability. MARFORSOC will not sponsor vendors. Facility and Safeguarding information will be verified through the Defense Security Services (DSS) to receive future correspondence regarding the requirement. 3. Interested vendors shall submit the following information as their response to this: I. Company Information. A. Company name: B. Address: C. Point of Contact: D. Cage Code: E. Business Size: F. Facility Clearance (FCL) Information (if applicable): G. Safeguarding Capability Information: H. Phone Number: I. E-mail Address: II. Contractors shall submit a capabilities statement (not to exceed 5 pages) that demonstrates their capability addressing each of the following questions: A. Discuss your experience providing training and exercise support services to MARFORSOC or equivalent military organizations. B. Does your company have the ability to receive documents classified as SECRET electronically? Please explain. C. Discuss your ability and experience in managing several training or exercise events occurring simultaneously. D. Discuss your financial capability to support several training or exercise events occurring simultaneously. E. What is your experience with training and exercise events at sea? F. What is your experience with training and exercise events that transition between land and sea? G. Provide a list of contract numbers, past or current contracts and/or subcontracts that were awarded to your company, period of performance, contract type, contract amount, a description of the relevant corporate experience gained, and a customer POC. 4. Companies are highly encouraged to submit a capabilities statement that contains tailored responses to questions rather than a generic capability statement to ensure the needed information is provided. The Government will not respond to Companies that do not follow the submission instructions in this notice. 5. All responses should be forwarded to allison.c.odonnell.civ@socom.mil. This is an unclassified e-mail added and therefore no classified information should be sent to this e-mail address. All e-mail correspondence shall contain a subject line that reads, "MARFORSOC PTP" and submitted NLT 20 February 2026 at 0800am EST. 6. Questions shall be submitted by 13 February 2026 at 12:00pm EST. **This Sources Sought does not constitute an invitation to bid, nor is it a request for proposal. PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This Sources Sought shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a Request for Proposal, contract or otherwise pay for the information solicited.**
