Amendment A0001: Subject Solicitation has been amended to make the following changes: 1. Amendment A0002: Subject Solicitation has been amended to make the following changes: 1. Document titled "Solicitation 70Z03826RL0000003 Amendment A0002 Questions and Answers" has been added to address questions submitted in response to the Solicitation. 2. Please note the deadline for submitting questions regarding this solicitation has been updated. Questions will not be accepted after November 25th 2025. This combined synopsis is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for the Procurement of Commerical Off The Shelf (COTS) Reuseable, Pressurized, Metal Shipping Container for CT7-9C3 Propeller Gearboxes (PGB). Any offeror submitting a proposal must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). The award will not be delayed in order to allow a vendor time to register in SAM. Proposals will be evaluated to achieve best value to the Government. Award will be made to the offeror who meets all the criteria contained within this solicitation and associated attachments. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective October 1st, 2025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 332439. The small business size standard is 600 employees. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to solicit and award one (1) Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract consisting of a one-year base period and two one-year option periods with a firm-fixed pricing structure. Anticipated award date is February 2nd, 2026; however, this is an estimate and not an exact date. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Only one award will be made from this solicitation. All proposals must contain pricing for the one (1) one-year base period and the two (2) one-year option periods. Any proposal that does not contain pricing for all contract periods and for all line items may be considered non-compliant and may be eliminated from further consideration. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed three (3) years. Sources must be the OEM or an OEM authorized distributor and be able to supply the components specified in the attached Schedule of Supplies 70Z03826RL0000003. The following attachments apply to this solicitation: Attachment 1 - Terms and Conditions Attachment 2 - Schedule of Supplies Attachment 3 � Redacted J&A Attachment 4 - Amendment 01 Questions and Answers Attachment 5 - Amendment 02 Questions and Answers Closing date and time for receipt of proposals is December 03, 2025 at 4:00 pm, Eastern Time.
