Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the replenishment of FEMA Supply and Equipment Trailer 3 in Austin, TX. The contractor shall provide 158-line items in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and approved product list. The RFQ includes a shipping buffer to account for unanticipated shipping costs. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside that is not designated to local vendors. All small business within the CONUS is able to submit a quote for this opportunity. All materials must be delivered in full within 45 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). All CLIN's shall be firm fixed priced. The resulting purchase shall be awarded on a lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. Quotes must include all costs, including shipping and transportation, as a separate line item. Questions must be submitted via email to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson, via email at destiny.dyson@fema.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 noon CT on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The RFQ deadline is 12:00 PM CT on Friday, October 17, 2025. All correspondence must reference Solicitation Identifier 70FBR626Q00000001. The Contracting Officer will not accept phone calls during the solicitation period. Late quotes will not be accepted unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Amendment 1: The first amendment to the solicitation was issued on October 15, 2025. The purpose of the amendment was to extend the RFQ deadline to 12:30 PM CT on Friday, October 17, 2025, and to disseminate a pricing list and responses to inquiries raised by industry.
