Responses must be submitted by email to the points of contact no later than 4:00PM EDT on 10 April 2026. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The agency will not consider award of the requirement to small business under NAICS code identified in this notice. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM).
