Please find the attached RFQ 75H71025Q00266 and 75H71025Q00266 Amendment One (1) for your reference. Follow the instructions contained in the documents. Quote submissions must be sent via email to Mr. Stephen Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by the specified deadline. Be sure to include "75H71025Q00266-0001" in the subject line of your email. Any questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted by Friday, March 13, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. MT. Please email your questions to Mr. Stephen Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov, and include "75H71025Q00266-0001 - Question(s)" in the subject line of your email. Per FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit, an organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, March 12, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. MT. Please review the aforementioned clause within Section E of the attached solicitation for further details.
