Description
This is a Sole Source solicitation for StatStrip Glucose Strips and Meter warranty for the VA San Francisco Healthcare System. Please see attached solicitation and justification. Follow instructions in Section E of the solicitation. Complete price schedule and indicate delivery/completion timeframe. Submit your quote to Shelley.Self2@va.gov no later than the due date/time shown in Box 8 of the solicitation. Any questions must be received 72 hours prior to the closing period.
