This Sources Sought Notice is issued only for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this Sources Sought Notice that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. IAW FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice. The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, Bakersfield VA Clinic requires a contractor to supply, training on, and install optical coherence tomography system (OCT) with a table throughout the Bakersfield VA Clinic. The contractor will be required to supply, train, and install Tomography System, Optical Coherence, OCT Systems with Active Eye Tracking / Tracking OCT System, Widefield/ultra-widefield retinal imaging Lens, OCTA Technology, Anterior Segment OCT, Widefield Imaging Module, and Software, to help in improving patient care within Bakersfield VA Clinic without interruption and delivered in August of 2026.
