This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00055 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Part-Time Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide services for the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center (UMUHC) located in Towaoc, CO. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
