Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires Reference Laboratory Testing Services for the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center, Pathology and Laboratory Service located in Cleveland, OH. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside solicitation IAW FAR 19.502-2. Contractor must furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for Reference Laboratory Testing Services. The resulting award will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price contract for a Base year and (1) Option year. The Base Year Period of Performance is 04-01-2026 - 03/31/2027. The applicable NAICS Code is 621511 � Medical Laboratories with a size standard of $41.5 Million and the PSC is Q301. Once the questioning period is closed, the Government will post a response to all questions on SAM.gov via solicitation amendment within 3 business days. Phone calls will not be accepted. There will not be a site visit. Offerors must fill out Blocks 17a, 30 a,b, c and pricing data on pages 50 through 66. All questions shall be emailed to: Thomas.Bellamy@va.gov NLT 3:00PM EST 03/04/2026. Responses to this solicitation are due NLT 3:00PM EST 03/11/2026.
