AMENDMENT 0001 THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO: EXTEND THE QUOTE DUE DATE TO 3:00 PM MST ON JANUARY 23, 2025; PROVIDE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (ATTACHMENT 6); PROVIDE THE TEAM PARTNER CONSENT FORM (ATTACHMENT 7); CORRECT THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IN SECTION 1.5 OF THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT TO (PLEASE REPLACE PAGE 3 OF THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT WITH REPLACEMENT PAGE 3 (ATTACHMENT 8)): Base Period: Date of Award through January 31, 2027 Option Period One: February 1, 2027 through January 31, 2028 Option Period Two: February 1, 2028 through January 31, 2029 Option Period Three: February 1, 2029 through January 31, 2030 Option Period Four: February 1, 2030 through January 31, 2031 ************************************************************************************ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LR26Q0002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A site visit has been scheduled for January 13, 2026 at 1:00 pm MST. Please RSVP no later than 1:00 PM MST on January 12, 2025 to Adam Koepke at adam.koepke@usda.gov and Tanya Linnell tanya.linnell@usda.gov. Questions shall be submitted via email to adam.koepke@usda.gov and tanya.linnell@usda.gov and are due no later than January 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST.
