Contractors will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs incurred in responding to this notice. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this notice. Please note that set-aside decisions may be made based on the information provided. Therefore, responses should be as comprehensive and informative as possible. Vendors are welcome to submit additional information not specifically requested in this notice if it provides value and insight to the Government. Provide any technical comments and recommendations that could contribute to a more accurate proposal submission and a more efficient, cost-effective effort.
