Description
This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a unrestricted Full and Open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 with an associated small business size standard of $34.0 million. The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), located in Chinle, AZ 86503 off US HWY 191 and Hospital Drive. CCHCF needs a contractor to provide preventive maintenance agreement (PMA) and repair services for 2-D Mammogram Radiology equipment.
