Brand name or exact match, MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Condensing Hot Water Boiler, rated at 399 MBH Input, 359 MBH Output, Natural Gas Fired at 90% Efficiency Full Modulation Firing 5:1 Turndown, 4? Outlet (AL29-4C),120/1/60 Voltage. Unit will include all manufactures standard equipment, condensate neutralizing kit, start-up services and a ten (10) year warranty on the heat exchanger due to defects in material and workmanship, a twenty-five (25) year warranty on the heat exchanger due to thermal stress, and a one (1) year parts warranty, no labor MUSTINCLUDE: -BACnet Protocessor -Dungs lock-up style high gas pressure regulator. Preferred model: Model KN4 Condensing Hot Water Boiler
