Description

This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 34,172 rentable square feet of space yielding 29,938 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet as a New-Replacing Lease acquisition for a Department of Veterans Affairs, CBOC located at 1609 Skyline, Bismarck, ND 58503. The lease has been awarded to BZ Construction and Development LLC in Cary, NC. Tenant Improvements in the amount of $9,831,900.00 to be paid lump sum upon completion. Rent Commencement is planned for December 2027 to be paid at a Fully Serviced annual rent of $2,167,235.00 (Year 1). The lease terms are set at 20 years, 10 years firm. VA may terminate this lease after the firm term with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
