Synopsis: Federal Law Enforcement Training Center intends to award a firm fixed price single source award. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document will be posted. Noncompetitive Contract Action: Single Source IAW FAR Part 12.102(a) Source: OMNI DISTRIBUTION INC Reason: Required material to support training classes. Scope of Work: Demolition Materials PSC: 1375 Demolition Materials NAICS: 325920 Explosive Manufacturing Description: Demolition Materials required for training classes to include Blasting Caps, igniters, Fuse igniters, Boosters, Black Powder, Detonating Cord, ANFO, Ammonium Nitrate, Shock Tube, Sheet Explosive. See attachment, Material. Set-Aside Requirement � Total Small Business Delivery Destination: FLETC 1131 CHAPEL CROSSING ROAD BUILDING 217 BRUNSWICK, GA, 31524 The Government will award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. Shipping Condition Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CON US (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Equipment Condition New Equipment ONLY; No remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
