GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: Previous purchases were made under BPA 15DDHQ20A00000038. NO ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ------- Amendment 002: The purpose of Amendment 002 is to revise the quantities and extend the response date to July 8, 2026, 10:00am ET.
