Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued under FAR Overhaul procedures for commercial products and commercial services. NAICS Codes: 562111 This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference in full effect. Requirements: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Puerto Rico Army National Guard Facilities, as defined in this PWS. Evaluation: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on the lowest acceptable price that meets the requirements specified in the solicitation. This acquisition is conducted under FAR Part 12 procedures for commercial items.
